What you provide and why.
Our contact form asks for your name, email address, subject and message, with an optional mobile number. Our booking form collects contact details, suburb, service address, appliance and fault details, preferred appointment information and any photos you choose to upload.
We use this information to respond, assess your request, arrange access and appointments, carry out repairs, communicate quotations and updates, and maintain relevant service and payment records. Required fields help us process the request; without them, we may need you to contact us by phone instead. Do not upload unrelated personal information or other people’s documents.
Website and service providers.
The website and hosting systems may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and security logs to operate and protect the site. See our Cookie Policy.
Enquiries are sent to our business email. Booking requests are also saved in our website’s submissions system. Relevant information may be accessed by staff or technicians handling your request and providers supporting hosting, email, payments and business administration. Information may also be disclosed where the law requires it.
If you choose WhatsApp or a payment provider such as PayJustNow, that provider’s terms and privacy notice apply to its service. Some providers may process information outside South Africa. You may ask us about the providers used for your request.
Keeping information.
Our retention policy is to keep personal information only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, provide the service and guarantee, maintain accounting records or meet applicable legal obligations. Information no longer needed for these purposes is to be deleted or anonymised. Retention periods depend on the type of record and the reason it is held; contact us if you would like information about a particular record.
Access is restricted to people and service providers who need the information for their work. Please do not send card details, passwords or identity documents through the enquiry form.
Your choices and rights.
You may ask to access or correct your personal information, object to applicable processing, or request deletion where the law allows.
